2011-2012 Financial Requirements
Bible Baptist Christian Academy is a non-profit organization. Bible Baptist Church donations provide for the buildings, grounds, and utilities. Registration, tuition, and other fees must be paid to Bible Baptist Christian Academy to meet the academys financial obligations. Registration must be paid before a child enters our program. Book fees and tuition will be paid on an eleven-month schedule beginning in July. Registration fees are designed to be paid by June 1st to complete a twelve-month payment cycle. Money paid to Bible Baptist Christian Academy is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION FEE $150.00
This fee must be paid by June 1 to secure your child a place at Bible Baptist Christian Academy.
This fee includes an application fee, GACS & GCAA fees, a yearbook fee, a testing fee, an insurance fee, and an activity fee.
BOOK FEE .. $295.00
This fee must be paid by July 1 of the year enrolled so books can be purchased for your child.
MAINTENANCE FEE.......................................................................... $50.00 (Due by August 1st, 2011)
TUITION PER YEAR ... $2950.00
This payment is to be paid in 10 installments of $290.00.
The first installment is due by August 1 of the year enrolled.
The last installment is due by May 1.
A $15.00 late fee will be added to your account on the 11th of each month if full payment is not received by the 10th of that month.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS:
Any family whose account is delinquent on the thirtieth of the month may be asked to withdraw their child from school if arrangements have not been made. We reserve the right to work with each family in securing payment of the bill. An exception in the policy for one is not meant as an exception for any one else.
There will be a charge of $20.00 on all returned checks. Students will not be able to secure a spot for re-registration until account is paid up-to-date.
REDUCTIONS IN TUITION FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD:
These figures do not include the purchase of uniforms and general school supplies.
First Student: $295.00 per month $2950.00 per year + (Fees) = $3545.00
Second Student: $285.00 per month $2850.00 per year + (Fees) = $3445.00
Third Student $275.00 per month $2750.00 per year + (Fees) = $3345.00
